With the rapid development of synthetic biotechnology, enzyme engineering, as an emerging technology, has received more and more attention. Enzymes are the core components of synthetic biology and green manufacturing, which are related to the cost of the whole synthetic biology products. The aim of enzyme engineering is to achieve efficient and low-cost production processes by designing and optimising enzyme-catalysed reactions. And bioinformatics provides important support for enzyme engineering.
1. Enzyme molecule mining
2. Enzyme molecule structure and function prediction
3. Enzyme molecular evolution and rational design
4. Enzyme molecular systems engineering
