BIBE 2025 Submission Guidelines

Types of Submissions

  1. Please prepare a 250-word abstract of your presentation in English.
  2. Please register and log in Online Submission System to submit your abstract, click “Submit Paper” to upload your abstract, and indicate the type of communication (invited/oral/poster) followed by the title. In case of a failure in use of the system, please contact the organizing committee at secretary@icbibe.org.
  3. Once approved by the conference committee, the delegates will be notified by email and receive the Invitation Letter.
  4. Abstract submissions may be presented at the conference, but will not be published in the BIBE2025 conference proceedings.

Full Paper Submission

  1. Please prepare an original manuscript in English, Click to download Paper Template Word
  2. Please register and log in Online Submission System to submit your manuscript, click “Submit Paper” to upload your manuscript, and indicate the type of communication (oral/poster) followed by the title. In case of a failure in use of the system, please contact the organizing committee at secretary@icbibe.org.
  3. Once passed the initial check, the manuscript will be assigned to reviewers for double-blind peer review. Paper submission will be notified of acceptance or rejection by email in about 1 month.
  4. For each accepted paper, at least one author must attend the conference and present the paper.
  5. Peer-reviewed accepted and registered papers will be published in BIBE2025 conference proceedings.

Presentation Requirements

  1. Speech：
    • 30 min for plenary speech, 20 min for invited speech, 10 min for oral presentation, including questions or discussion.
    • For speakers, please arrive the session room 15 min before your talk to upload and check your slides.
  2. Poster：
    • Presenters should carry the Home-made poster to the conference site and hand it to the conference staff at the registration desk.
    • Presenters must remain in the vicinity of their poster through the session to answer questions.
    • Recommended poster size: 60cm (wide)*160cm (high).
